to the Hill.
For years, Bova’s Market & Grill has been more than a neighborhood market and restaurant. It has been a place where friendships were made, families gathered, and generations of customers became part of the Bova’s family.
Our location at 1100 28th Street closed on September 12, 2026 as the property prepares for a major redevelopment project.
The existing building will be replaced with a new development that will include apartments and a future home for Bova’s Market & Grill.

Our new Hill location is currently being remodeled. We are working hard to create a welcoming new space where you can continue enjoying the food, service, and familiar Bova’s experience you know and love.
And one day, back to 28th Street.
Our plan is to return to 1100 28th Street when redevelopment is complete. Construction is expected to take approximately two to three years.

The family who runs it and have for years (decades?) are friendly, welcoming dudes. This place was always great when it was the staple late-night food spot on the Hill and continues to be an absolute gem in its new location on the other side of the CU campus (28th street frontage road)
